Rinse 6 raw king prawns (without head, peeled, with tail fin), dab dry Marinate with 1 tbsp agave syrup, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp lime juice and 1 tsp chopped ginger. Clean, wash and chop 2 spring onions. Put them with prawns on wooden skewers. Fry in 2 tbsp. hot peanut oil in a pan for about 2 minutes on each side.
