Ingredients

Servings: 18
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cider vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Chili Flakes
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 Mango
  • 18 thin slices of raw ham (e.g. Serrano ham)
  • 250 g Mini-Mozzarella balls

Directions

    Juice, vinegar 1⁄2 Mix tsp salt and chili flakes. Add oil bit by bit while stirring. Season to taste with pepper.

    Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the stone and cut into cubes of approx. 2 x 2 cm. Put mango, ham and mozzarella balls on small wooden skewers. Drip dressing over the skewers.
