It's hard to say who is the playmaker in this exquisite line-up: Some fans favour the pineapple rings wrapped in bacon, others the chicken fillets massaged with curry to activate the flavour

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Shallot
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 125 g Baby salad mix
  • 4 Stem/s Basil
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 16 Disc/s Bacon

Directions

    For the salad, peel and finely dice the shallot. Mix shallot, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper and add oil. Wash the salad and basil and shake dry. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries.

    Peel the pineapple, cut into 8 slices and cut out the stalk. Wrap pineapple rings with bacon. Grill for about 5 minutes while turning. Mix salad ingredients and vinaigrette, arrange everything.
