For the salad, peel and finely dice the shallot. Mix shallot, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper and add oil. Wash the salad and basil and shake dry. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries.
Peel the pineapple, cut into 8 slices and cut out the stalk. Wrap pineapple rings with bacon. Grill for about 5 minutes while turning. Mix salad ingredients and vinaigrette, arrange everything.
