Ingredients

  • 4-5 Tomatoes
  • 3 Nectarines
  • 1 Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 1 collar Arugula
  • 1 collar Basil
  • 250 g Mozzarella (e.g. from buffalo milk)
  • 150 g Parma ham (in thin slices)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS light balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    For the salad, wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash the nectarines and cut them into slices from the stone. Wash and clean the lettuce and drain well. Cut romaine lettuce into strips. Wash the basil and pluck the leaves. Pluck the mozzarella into pieces. Arrange everything with Parma ham on a plate.

    For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Embezzle oil. Dribble the vinaigrette over the salad. Serve salad with baguette or ciabatta.
