Preheat oven (electric cooker: 240 °C/circulating air: 220 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Oil a baking tray. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Mix ketchup, 2 tbsp.
oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and pimentón de la vera. Dab the meat dry, cut into cubes of about 3 cm and mix with the marinade. Peel the pineapple and cut into cubes. Peel onions and cut into slices.
Put meat, pineapple and onions alternately on skewers. Spread the skewers on the baking tray and bake in a hot oven for about 8 minutes. After about 4 minutes turn the skewers. Serve with salad.
