Radi-carpaccio with bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 white radish (about 550 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1/2 head Romaine lettuce
  • 250 g Cured ham
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Rapeseed oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cider vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean and peel the radish, slice it into thin slices and salt it. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into fine strips. Clean, wash, drain and cut the salad into strips.

    Put the cottage ham in a pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes without fat, remove from the pan. Mix the fat that has been left out with oil, mustard and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

    Arrange the radish on a plate, add salad, paprika and diced bacon and sprinkle with dressing. Garnish with coarse pepper.
