  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 250 g Camembert (60 % fat)
  • 75 g soft butter
  • 150 g Double cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the shallots. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Cut the camembert into fine cubes. Knead everything thoroughly with soft butter and double cream cheese with a fork. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
