  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 bed Cress
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and grate radishes. Cut cress from the bed. Mix curd, sour cream, radishes and cress. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
