Ingredients

  • 1 red onion
  • 0,5 Organic Lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 2 ripe avocados (about 500 g)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coriander leaves

Directions

    Cut onion into fine strips. Mix organic lemon with the grated peel and the juice from 1⁄2. Season with salt and pepper.

    Clean, wash and cut the mini romaine lettuce into strips. Halve the avocados and remove the stone. Remove the flesh from the peel and cut into cubes. Mix everything carefully with coriander leaves if necessary.
