  • 2 TEASPOONS Caraway seeds
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 100 g Radish
  • 250 g Camembert (60 % fat)
  • 100 g Double cream cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS wheat beer
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Roast caraway seeds in a pan without fat. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Peel and finely grate the radish. Finely dice Camembert. Knead everything with double cream cheese and wheat beer thoroughly with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
