Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 100 g Cornichons
  • 2 Shallots
  • 200 g Limburger (40 % fat)
  • 100 g Double cream cheese
  • 75 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash and finely dice the cherry tomatoes. Wash parsley and chop finely. Finely dice the gherkins. Peel and finely dice shallots.

    Finely dice Limburger. Knead with double cream cheese and soft butter with a fork. Stir in prepared ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
