Defrost the prawns if necessary. Wash and clean the cucumber and cut it diagonally into slices of about 1 cm thickness. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and chop finely. Cut cress from the bed.
Wash the shrimps and pat them dry. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the prawns for 3-5 minutes, turning them over. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the guacamole and prawns on the cucumber slices. Sprinkle with cress and chilli.
