Wash and clean the peppers and cut them into fine cubes. Slowly drain the bacon in a hot pan at medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove, drain on kitchen paper and allow to cool.
Put the cream cheese in a bowl and stir until smooth. Set aside some paprika and bacon for garnishing. Put the rest together with Ajvar in the bowl with cream cheese and mix. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli. Arrange the dip in a bowl and garnish with paprika and bacon.
