  • 5 small tomatoes
  • 4-6 Chive straws
  • 4 Stem/s Basil
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 10 black olives (without stone)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and possibly cut them straight at the base of the stalk. On the opposite side for the wings, cut in about half. For the antennae, wash the chives and cut into 2-3 cm long pieces. Wash the basil and remove the leaves. Cut mozzarella into 10 slices.

    Line a plate with slices of mozzarella and place a large basil leaf on each. Place tomato halves as the body on top. Place 2 pieces of chives on each tomato as feelers. Place the heads of olives between the chive feelers. Place balsamic cream with a wooden skewer as dots on the tomatoes. Add salt, pepper and olive oil.
