  • 400 g Chicken filet
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sesame (light and dark)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Peanut oil

Directions

    Wash 400 g chicken fillet, dab dry and cut into strips of about 2 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper. Turn in approx. 6 tbsp. sesame seeds (light and dark), then in a pan with approx. 2 tbsp. hot peanut oil
