Coarsely chop the peanuts. Knead the minced peanuts, peanuts, breadcrumbs, sweet peppers and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Form about 20 balls from the mixture. Halve the bacon slices lengthwise. Wrap 1 bacon strip around 1 ball.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the balls in it in portions all around for about 10 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper.
