Rinse 500 g thawed frozen frozen shrimps (without head and shell) ready for cooking and pat dry. Peel and chop 2 garlic cloves. Heat 3 tbsp. olive oil. Fry the shrimps in it for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and 1 tsp.
sweet paprika and fry for approx. 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool off. Approx. 3⁄4 Chop the prawns. Mix with the rest of the prawns and 500 g yoghurt salad cream. Season to taste.
