Defrost the prawns if necessary. Cut chorizo into 24 slices. Cut the prawns lengthwise at the back and remove the intestines. Wash the prawns and pat them dry. Put the prawns and chorizo slices on wooden skewers.
Wash the rosemary, dab dry, remove the needles from the twigs, chop finely and mix with orange juice. Marinate skewers with it for about 30 minutes. Heat the oil in a large pan. Dab the skewers dry and fry them in portions on each side for about 2 minutes.
