For the pizza dough, knead the contents of the packet (2 bags of dough mix and 2 packets of dry yeast) and 300 ml of lukewarm water to form a smooth dough. Roll out to four round pizza bases on a floured work surface. Brush with the tomato pieces and pre-bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes. Drain the pepperoni. Spread on the pizzas with the olives. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices.
Cut blue cheese into slices as well. Grate Bel Paese coarsely, Parmesan cheese finely. Cover each pizza with the four cheeses. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh oregano leaves if desired
