Soak rolls in cold water. Put the contents of the bag of fixed dough into a mixing bowl. Add 1/8 litre of lukewarm water and work through everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer until the dough comes off the edge of the bowl. Knead briefly with your hands. For the topping, peel and finely chop the onions.
Drain the olives and chop them coarsely. Knead minced meat, eggs, squeezed out rolls, onions and olives. Season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray to a size of approx. 39x20 cm. Spread the minced meat mixture on it. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Cover the chopping mass with it. Grate cheese and sprinkle over it. Sprinkle with seasoned pepper and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 45 minutes.
