Small pizzas with egg

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pack of Pizza dough base mix (2 bags of 230 g each)
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 125 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 1 tin(s) (200 g) Tuna Filet
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 100 g black olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Boil eggs hard in 10 minutes. For the pizza dough, mix the contents of the bag and 1/4 litre of warm water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions.

    Rinse the eggs cold, peel and slice them. Grate cheese, drain tuna. Divide the pizza dough into six pieces and roll out to plates of approx. 15 cm Ø. Spread chunky tomatoes on top.

    Arrange spring onions, olives, pieces of tuna and slices of egg on top. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 35 minutes.
