Gyros-Pizza from the tray

Ingredients

Servings: 16
  • 2 large onions (approx. 250 g)
  • 8 (1.2 kg) Pork escalope
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Gyros Spice Salt
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oregano
  • 5-6 Tbsp Oil
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 package (460 g) "Fixed dough
  • 7-10 Tbsp for pizza and vegetable pie"
  • 250 g Fresh cream
  • 150 g grated gouda

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Dab meat dry and cut into strips

    Mix both with gyros spice and oregano. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the meat for 5-8 minutes. Let it cool down a little bit

    Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Knead the baking mix (2 bags) and 1/4 l lukewarm water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Then knead vigorously with your hands

    Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray (35 x 40 cm). Cover with gyros and tomatoes. Spread crème fraîche as a blob on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 35-40 minutes
