Whey fruit drink with raspberries and bananas

  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 500 ml Drinking Whey
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 medium-sized bananas
  • 4 wooden skewers

    Sort the raspberries and set aside 4 pieces. Puree the remaining raspberries, honey, 75 ml apple juice and 250 ml whey. Halve the lime, cut off 4 thin slices and squeeze the rest. Peel and chop the bananas and sprinkle with lime juice. Put 4 banana slices, raspberries and lime slices on 4 skewers. Puree 75 ml apple juice, 250 ml whey, lime juice and bananas. First pour raspberry whey into glasses, then carefully add banana whey and decorate with the fruit skewer
