Hibiscus tea with lemon and ginger (slim tea)

Ingredients

  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Hibiscus tea

Directions

  1. 1

    Wash lemon hot, grate dry and peel in zests. Halve the lemon and squeeze. Peel ginger, cut into slices

    Pour 1 litre of boiling water over hibiscus, ginger, lemon juice and zest in a container and leave to stand for approx. 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Pour tea through a sieve and serve

  4. 4

    Waiting time approx. 5 minutes
