Milkshake with pineapple, banana and coconut

Ingredients

  • 100 g fresh pineapple pulp
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Coconut shavings
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pineapple split and mint

Directions

    Cut the pineapple very finely. Peel and chop the banana. Put milk, pineapple and banana in a mixer and puree.

    Roast the grated coconut in a pan without fat, remove. Pour milk shake into a glass, sprinkle grated coconut on top. Decorate glass with pineapple split and mint.
