  • 350 g Plums
  • 500 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coconut chips

Directions

    Wash, stone and puree the plums. Pass the puree through a sieve. Mix yoghurt, vanilla sugar, milk and fruit puree and season to taste with a little honey and lemon juice. Fill lassi into glasses and decorate with coconut chips.
