Ingredients

  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 stalk of celery
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 150 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tabasco
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Wash and clean the tomato and celery and cut into pieces. Wash the chives, dab dry and chop finely. Dip glass rim first in lemon juice, then in chives. Puree buttermilk, tomato paste, remaining chives and vegetables.

    Season to taste with Tabasco, salt and pepper and fill into the glass with ice cubes.
