  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 150 ml Campari
  • 100 ml Elderflower syrup
  • 500 ml chilled, dry white wine
  • 400 ml chilled prosecco
  • 400 ml chilled mineral water
  • some stem(s) Mint

Directions

    Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Put them in a punch bowl. Pour over Campari and elderflower syrup and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Top up with white wine, prosecco and mineral water. Wash the mint, add it to the punch and let it steep again briefly
