Bitter lemon with blueberry ice cube

  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 100 g Blueberries
  • 700 ml cold bitter lemon

Directions

    Bring 250 ml water, sugar and lemon juice to the boil and simmer briefly. Remove from the heat and let it cool down. Sort blueberries and distribute in 2 ice cube moulds. Fill up with sugar mixture and freeze for at least 4 hours. Place the ice cubes and bitter lemon in a suitable container and serve
