White lemongrass iced tea with horn violets

Ingredients

  • 2 Sticks of lemongrass
  • 4 Bag of white tea
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 pack of Horn violets (approx. 15 pieces each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Clean and wash the lemon grass, cut it diagonally into pieces and pound a little with the back of a knife. Prepare white tea according to package instructions, but with pieces of lemongrass, sugar and 1 litre of boiling water. Remove the tea bags after the brewing time has expired. Let the tea cool down and put it in a cool place for at least 30 minutes. Place the flowers and plenty of ice cubes in a suitable container, fill up with tea and lemongrass
