Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Organic limes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 200 g crushed ice
  • 160 ml Sugarcane schnapps

Directions

    Wash the limes hot, grate them dry and cut them roughly into pieces. Place the limes and 1 tbsp. sugar in glasses. Mix well with a wooden pestle.

    Mix the raspberries and ice cream and spread on the glasses. Fill up with sugarcane schnapps.
