Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 400 ml dry wormwood
  • 4 thin slices of cucumber
  • 400 ml tonic water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Wash the lime hot, grate dry and quarter it lengthwise. Fill 4 glasses to approx. 3/4 with ice cubes. Add 100 ml of well chilled vermouth each. Squeeze the juice from 1 lime quarter into each jar and add the lime quarter.

    Put cucumber slices into the glasses and pour 100 ml of well-chilled tonic water on each.
