Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Mango (ca. 500 g)
  • 3 Stem(s) Mint
  • 150 ml brown rum
  • 50 ml Lemon-Squash (lemonade juice concentrate; alternatively lemon juice)
  • 250 g crushed ice

Directions

    Peel the mango. Cut the flesh from the stone. Wash the mint and dab dry. Pluck off leaves, put something aside for decoration. Put mango, mint, rum, lemon squash and crushed ice in a blender.

    Mix everything finely, pour into 4 glasses, sprinkle with set aside mint and serve immediately.
