  • 1 can(s) (425 ml; Abtr.gew.: 225 g) Litschis
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 25 g) Ginger
  • 1 l dry sparkling wine (chilled)

Directions

    Put lychees on a colander, collect the juice. Peel the ginger and cut into fine slices. Divide 8 lychees and ginger into 4 glasses. Use the remaining lychees for other purposes. Measure 200 ml of the collected juice and distribute in the glasses.

    Infuse with champagne and serve immediately.
