White orange and apple mulled wine

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 30 g fresh ginger tuber
  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 750 ml White wine
  • 250 ml clear apple juice
  • 100 ml brown rum
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 knife tip and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 Apples
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon powder

Directions

    Peel and slice the ginger. Wash the orange, grate dry and cut into slices. Put wine, juice, rum, orange and ginger slices with honey, cinnamon sticks and 1 knife point of cinnamon in a pot.

    Heat everything slowly, do not let it boil.

    Wash the apple, grate dry, quarter, core and cut into slices. Whip cream with 1 tsp. cinnamon until half stiff. Pour the punch, possibly through a sieve, into glasses. Spread the cream on top. Decorate with apple slices and serve dusted with cinnamon.
