Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 60 g Cucumber
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 4 Stem(s) Peppermint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
  • 200 ml Roast pork chops with bone (approx. 1.5 kg)
  • 400 ml tonic water

    Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Wash mint and shake dry

    Spread the prepared ingredients and ice cubes over 4 glasses. Pour 50 ml lillet and 100 ml tonic into each glass
