Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Hemp protein powder
  • 400 ml coconut water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1-2 limes
  • 4 Lime slices to garnish
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
  • 4 Kebabs

    Wash blueberries and dab dry. Put 4 nice berries aside. Use a spoon to remove the flesh from the avocado quarter. Puree finely together with hemp protein powder, blueberries, coconut water and lime juice in a mixer. Serve in glasses with ice cubes. Put a slice of lime and 1 blueberry on 4 skewers and garnish the glasses with them
