  • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS Spanish liqueur (e.g. Licor 43)
  • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS Elderflower syrup
  • 170 ml Sparkling wine, Prosecco or Champagne to refill

Directions

    Wash the thyme and shake dry. Pour the liqueur, syrup and thyme into a champagne glass, fill up with sparkling wine, prosecco or champagne.
