- 2 cl Mr. Melon
- 8 cl Orange juice
- 2 cl créme de cassis
- 1 Ball Lemon sorbet
- 100 ml dry champagne
Directions

Put the melon liqueur and orange juice in a glass. Slide the cassis over it. Add ice and fill up with well chilled sparkling wine.
