  • 4 Lemons
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1/4 l Grain (32% vol.)
  • 2 stem(s) Lemon balm
  • 3 (à 500 ml) Bottles of Bock beer (7,0 % vol.)

Directions

    Squeeze 3 lemons. Measure 1/8 litre juice. Mix with sugar. Add grain and refrigerate for about 24 hours. Wash the rest of the lemon and cut into slices. Pluck the lemon balm leaves.

    Pour the cooled grain into the punch glass. Fill up with bock beer and serve. Makes about 15 glasses (150 ml each).
