Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (850 ml, drained: 500 g) Pineapple rings
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 Carambola (star fruit)
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 1 collar Lemon balm
  • 1 (0,7 l) bottle of dry white wine
  • 100 ml Woodruff Syrup
  • 1 (0,7 l ) Bottle of dry sparkling wine

Directions

    Drain the pineapple and collect the juice. Cut pineapple rings into large pieces. Peel and slice the kiwis. Wash carambola and lemons thoroughly, rub dry and also cut into slices.

    Pluck the lemon balm leaves from the stalks. Mix wine, pineapple juice and syrup. Add fruit and lemon balm. Fill up with sparkling wine shortly before serving
