Easter-Eggnog

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Glasses (approx. 300 ml each)
  • 1 very fresh protein
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 160 ml brown rum
  • 160 ml Egg liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice

Directions

    Beat the egg whites with the whisks of the mixer until stiff. Add sugar and 1 pinch of salt.

    Fill each glass up to half full with crushed ice. Spread rum and advocaat into the glasses one after the other. Add 1 blob of beaten egg white and dust with a little nutmeg. Serve the eggnog immediately.
