Full fruit ahead! This yellow power starter will really get you going with a juicy load of oranges, mango, ginger and carrot. Fresh mint provides the extra kick!

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 ripe mango (about 600 g each)
  • 1 Baby pineapple (approx. 500 g each)
  • 2 big oranges
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger
  • 1-2 stem/s Mint
  • 150 g Carrots

Directions

    Cut the mango off the stone. Peel the flesh from one half and dice coarsely. Use the other half of the mango for other purposes. Peel pineapple, cut flesh into large pieces.

    Cut oranges in half and squeeze the juice. Peel ginger and chop finely. Wash mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Wash, clean and chop the carrots.

    Puree the prepared fruit, carrots, ginger, mint and orange juice in a high performance blender until very smooth. Pour the smoothie into glasses and drink immediately.
