Peel 2 kiwis and 400 g cucumber and cut both into large pieces. Wash apples, dab dry, quarter them and cut out the core. Cut apples into large pieces. Clean lamb's lettuce, wash thoroughly and drain. Wash lime hot, dab dry and finely grate the peel. Squeeze the lime.
Put the kiwi, cucumber, apples, lettuce, honey, 1/4 l cold water, lime zest and 3 tbsp lime juice into a high-performance blender and puree (results in approx. 1.2 litres). If necessary, refrigerate briefly.
Wash the mint and pluck off the leaves. Wash the rest of the cucumber (50 g), cut it into 4 thick slices and halve them. Peel half the kiwi and cut it into large cubes (pieces). Put apple slices, cucumber, kiwi and mint leaves on 4 skewers. Divide the smoothie into 4 glasses and place one skewer on each glass.
