Ingredients

  • 10 Glasses (approx. 300 ml each)
  • 8 Organic limes
  • 10 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 2 litres well-chilled crystal wheat
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tappet

    Rinse limes with hot water. Cut 7 limes into small pieces, 1 lime into slices. Divide the lime pieces and sugar into ten glasses and crush well with a pestle. Distribute crushed ice in the glasses and fill up with wheat beer, holding the glasses at a slight angle so that the beer does not foam so much.
