Ingredients

  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 60 g each) Ginger
  • 8 Stem/s Thyme
  • 160 ml Aperol
  • 800 ml Lemonade
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice

Directions

    Peel the ginger and cut into very fine slices. Wash thyme and shake dry.

    Divide the ginger, aperol, thyme and ice cream into four glasses (approx. 350 ml each). Fill up with lemonade.
