60 g young leaf spinach
1 green apple (e.g. Granny Smith)
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Lemon

Wash and sort the spinach leaves. Apple wash, quarter, core and cut into pieces. Finely puree spinach, apple and the pulp of 1⁄2 avocado with the juice of 1⁄2 lemon and 350 ml water. Pour into glasses.
