Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Organic limes
  • 1 piece(s) (à ca. 5 cm) Ginger
  • 5 Stem/s Lemon balm
  • 1.5 litres still mineral water (or tap water)

Directions

    Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Wash organic lime and cut into slices as well. Wash ginger thoroughly and cut into slices. Wash lemon balm. Put the cucumber, limes, ginger and lemon balm into a glass jar (approx. 2.5 l capacity), fill up with 1.5 l still mineral or tap water. Chill for about 1 hour.
