  • 350 ml Rhubarb nectar (e.g. "Raba" by Klindworth)
  • 60 ml Lime juice
  • 150 ml Vodka
  • 600 ml Ginger Beer
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime wedges

Directions

    Mix rhubarb nectar with lime juice and vodka. Pour about 2 tablespoons of crushed ice into the glasses. Pour vodka mix over it. Fill up with ginger beer. Decorate with lime wedges and serve immediately.
