  • 1 small mango
  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 100 ml Passion fruit syrup
  • 100 ml Lillet (apéritif au vin français)
  • 750 ml Prosecco

    Cut the mango off the stone. Peel and chop the flesh. Wash mint, dab dry, pluck leaves. Syrup, mint, mango cubes and ice cubes in 4 glasses. Fill up with Lillet and Prosecco.
